Using the Keyword Search
We recommend using the Keyword Search field to find your answer the fastest. For best results, you should only type in one or two keywords that relate to your topic. Our search engine will quickly locate all articles in our database that relate to your keyword(s). Please note that when using the Keyword Search, you should leave the drop down menu setting on “All” so our database can search all topics.
Using the Drop Down Box
You may also use the drop down box located next to the keyword search field to view specific topics. The drop down box provides a list of 12 main topics. To find all articles within each topic, simply select the topic you are interested in, and click the “Search” button.
