How to Print a Return Shipping Label

A return shipping label is generated when you log into your yerwatch.com account and set up a return. During the process to set up your return, you will be asked if you would like to print your return shipping label or have it emailed to you. Please note the following instructions for each option:

Print a Return Label
If you choose to print your return label, a pop-up screen will appear that shows your return label. This return label will need to be printed immediately. Please make sure your computer is disabled to block any pop-ups before you press the "Print Label" button.

Email a Return Label
If you choose to have your return label emailed to you, your return label will be emailed immediately. Please make sure to check your spam or junk mail folder as these emails may be filtered out. Your return label will need to be printed out and affixed to your package.
