We ship most orders in 1-3 business days. Some items require a longer ship-out time as noted in our Shipping & Delivery Exceptions chart below.

We use all the major mail carriers to ship orders including EMS, TNT UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.

On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.

Usually, we have responsible for the customs liquidation in our country but not in your country. For your convenience, we have 2 ways for you to choose before you make your order:
① We offer insurance in your orders and you can choose whether you want it or not. If you would like to make the shipping insurance, we will guarantee the customs in our local and your country’s, and the items will arrive at your hand safely, and the insurance fee is 10% BY the total cost of the order.
② If you don’t choose the shipping insurance, we will be responsible for the customs liquidation in our area but not in your country.
